Prayers for Mom

Thank you for all of the prayers and kind thoughts y'alll are emitting on my family. I can feel it.

According to the infectious disease team, my mom will have to have her middle toe removed. Whether or not she loses the baby one is up to the vascular team.
She will be in the hospital for at least a few more days.

I start temping again tomorrow morning. This period was a piece of cake, but I am so glad it is over. I hate the constant reminder of my non-pregnantness that stares me in the face every time I used the bathroom.

I also decided that I am just temping until FF determines I have ovulated. Then I am hiding the thermometers. No more obsessive temping. No more analyzing the temp rises and shifts. At least not for this cycle. On 14DPO we will test if I haven't started bleeding yet. That's the plan, and I am sticking to it. I love having a plan. If I ovulate around CD21, like last time, it will be right around St. Patty's Day. Luck of the Irish. I'm ready to cook up a McBaby.

I find that stopping temping after ovulation has really helped my sanity during the TWW. I hope it does the same for you. *HUGS*

Continued prayers for your mom and family.
We had stopped tempting and charting...I think it stressed Ali out, so she just stopped one day. The time we finally got our positive was when we truly....just let it all go. It wasn't easy and thankful we were on vacation to pre occupy us. Good Luck!

I had a very similar cycle to you during my 2nd try. Perfect chart, symptoms, my temp kept going up but AF showed up anyways. I was absolutely devastated. It is still my worst ever cycle so I can completely empathize with what you went though. I stopped temping after O for the following cycle which helped a lot.

As for the temping- TOTALLY will make you more sane to stop over ovulation.

I completely hear you on the temping crazy town. Putting the thermometer away sounds like a healthy thing to do!

Continuing to think about you and your family.
