Should we even do insem#2?

I am feeling really discouraged about our timeing for our first cycle.
I am almost positive that insemination #2 will be too late. We were planning on inseminating this afternoon, but at 3 days post O. . .I even think our first insem was too late. Sad pants. What do you ladies think? And what about my huge temperature drop. What does that mean?
Any help/advice would be appreciated!
