I really hate not knowing if we are in the
TWW or not...

These temps are unlike any
ovulatory temps I have had
pre-O (but similar to an anovulatory cycle I had in December of 2007). I did have a slight temp rise this morning, but not much, so I am getting a little concerned. Lately, I have had pretty stable temps, and clear shifts, but not this month.

Those temps do look pretty anovulatory, especially if you usually do get a clear temperature shift and have been getting enough sleep and getting up at the same time every day.
It's possible to get a peak reading with OPK sticks indicating a surge in LH, but where ovulation doesn't actually happen subsequent to the surge.
Although your CBE monitor won't ask you for any more tests, I'd consider using plain old OPK sticks to check out whether you have another LH spike, where the last one is actually followed by ovulation... that's especially common in women who have PCOS, I think.
Sorry it's so frustrating!
