Apparently I am dehydrated. The nurse called yesterday with my urinalysis results and although there is no infection (yay!), there is evidence that I am not getting enough water (boo!).
I drink 50oz during the day at school and then whatever else I drink at home. I am peeing constantly and wake up twice during the night to pee. I can't imagine drinking much more, but alas, I will.
I think this will just mean more trips to the bathroom at school. I still haven't told any of my teammates, except my best friend (who incidentally found out the same day we did that we were pregnant.) I'm waiting for the perfect opportunity to tell both of them at once, but best friend wants to be there to hear their reactions. So, I have to wait until we are all together, but no extra staff members. So far, I have had one opportunity (yesterday), but it just didn't feel right. I know the perfect opportunity is out there. I'll just wait. I'm not a fan of the telling part.

I think your urine was concentrated because your instructions were to hold it for the u/s. No worries lovie! xoxo
Try drinking gatorade (or gatorade-like beverages with electrolytes & sodium) as part of your water intake - it'll help your body deal with the liquid better. I had to do that, b/c I too was constantly dehydrated, despite drinking somewhere between 70-100oz (depending on the day) of water a day.
