My body is playing tricks on me

A person cannot ovulate twice in the same cycle, right? Why would I get TWO positive OPKs?
Just to be safe, we are doing another insem tomorrow.
I also have to post about my kick-a$$ surprise 30th birthday party as well! So great. =)

Your body generally won't ovulate twice, but it is possible for your body to gear up to ovulate then decide not to (for whatever reason) and then try again in a few days. So that could totally be what happened. I've got my fingers and toes crossed for you!

P.S. By looking at your chart, I'd say you may have ovulated on day 24 even though you got a + OPK the next day. Very strange... What's your FF page? I'd love to see how your temps go...

Actually, some women do occasionally ovulate twice in one cycle! Seriously. I read about it in one of those lesbo fertility books once upon a time ... here's hoping for you! xo

What the first posted said -- it's not unheard of to have a hormone spike, EWCM and all, but then actual ovulation just doesn't happen for whatever reason (stress?) and then the whole process is repeated again a little while later. I would trust the last of the ovulation-sign-related spikes, and definitely cover that with an insemination!
